Technical And Renewable Service Advisor

Salary £22,750

DAY TO DAY DUTIE:

• Working as part of the Service Technical department, you will provide technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers, external renewables engineers and Homeowners.
• You will be required to engage with our customers via various channels to gain a better understanding of how we can support them through the purchase / installation processes of their commercial or renewables products.
• You will be passionate about delivering world class service when providing aftersales support for our customers, booking warranty visits, appliance services & Repairs.
• Through effective questioning you will understand the requirements of our customers, show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone, email & other channels with clarity, diplomacy & professionalism.

ABOUT YOU:

• Repairs Knowledge of our products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be given.
• You have excellent communication skills and are a good problem solver.
• You are computer literate and are confident using all Microsoft applications.
• You are flexible, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team.
