Technical Support Assistant

Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for Technical Support Assistants to work for a government client based in Bridgwater.

Main duties include:
-Managing the mailbox and customer enquiries
-Service enquiries
-Land registry searches
-Data cleansing
-CCTV servery inputting
-Collating check sheets
-Completing orders for team members
-Records management
-Update training records

Skills and experience required:
-Excellent IT skills, with experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both oral and written
-Good customer service skills
-Admin and customer service experience

These are full time positions working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week

Rate of pay is £12.45 per hour

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2022, with a possibility of an extension.
