You will be working as part of the technical team, who are responsible for providing support for the entire company infrastructure. The role includes an excellent training package and in time it will lead to you in supporting a wide range of technologies. You will be monitoring the company`s entire infrastructure including virtual machines and physical hosts. General maintenance and monitoring of various services across our platforms, conducting daily, weekly and monthly performance checks, across all platforms. Managing technical queries from the 1st line support team using platforms back end knowledge and experience. Maintaining deliverability for the customers, using C# and PHP to trouble shoot API`s for clients with intergration queries. Helping the 1st line support team with HTML and Java Script queries for internal and external marketing campaigns and much more!
The role will ultimately suit a candidate who is looking for for a career in which they can learn and develop IT skills within digital marketing. A good knowledge of SQL server including queries, stored procedures and Jobs.
You will also need a fair understanding of SMTP, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, DHC. Fair knowledge of Server backups, DNS and DNS records, VMware infatructure, MS Servers including 2008,2012 including IIS. Fair knowledge of API`s
