A Machining manufacturer in Alton of test and measurement instrumentation are looking to strengthen their team for 2020.

They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide software and hardware support within the Solution Services Department.To provide IT support in house at the offices in Alton.

The role responsibilities include:
Providing project support for hardware and software
Some on-site customer visits
Project Management support - helping with the setting up of digitised workflow programs
Setting up of projects within the calibration management software.
There will also be a training aspect to the roll, training end users and internal staff. It is also
Conducting on-site temperature/humidity mapping services.
Software support for new and existing customers

To be successful in this, you should be able to communicate confidently and clearly and hold a full and clean UK driving licence as travel and some overnight stays will be required.
Permanent role. - Hours 8:15 - 5:00
