A hugely successful and highly recognised engineering company located in Gloucestershire is seeking a Technical Support individual to join their fast growing Product Technical Support team providing much needed assistance for their customers and clients.


Located at the Gloucester office the Sales and Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for achieving an individual sales target as well as providing technical support to busy internal sales teams in Gloucester, Birmingham, Leeds and Durham.


You must possess competence and key knowledge within hydraulics, pumps and valves to be able to provide phone and technical support for new and existing clients, liaising with other departments when needed.
This role will involve regular communication with a wide range of customers, other divisions and suppliers.

Successful candidate will have strong mechanical engineering background and be confident dealing with issues and queries within hydraulics, when raised.

Your duties will include;
-Answering customer related technical enquiries and create relevant detailed technical report.
-Analysing data from multiple sources and consolidate to enable a clear technical overview/response.
-Presenting and explaining technical issues to a wide variety of people in a clear manner.
