Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new position as Technical Support for one of our highly successful clients. The successful candidate will be working from home or at the office which is in the Kings Lynn area. They will need to be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and will be tasked with giving key Technical Support to customers and the sales team.

The role will involve technical support on a day to day basis, working closely and providing assistance to all laboratory personnel when necessary, support the Technical Manager in new product development & production, creating presentations & writing reports for external and internal customers, liaise with the marketing department on promotional activities, interpret lab analyses and create reports for advising customers, which will lead to better sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
BSc or equivalent in related sciences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proven track record of working within a laboratory environment.
Preferred previous experience in related industries.
Full, clean driving licence.

Mon - Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary £20,000 - £28,000
