" Ideally you are HND qualified or have a degree within engineering
" Excellent presentation skills, with a good commercial awareness and a customer focused outlook
" The ability to continuously improve and the knowledge to enable you to provide training cover for holidays/sickness
" Strong organisational skills, effect team management and stakeholder engagements skills
" Computer literate with a very clear understanding of the training environment.
" You will have a Full UK driving licence and passport which are essential for this role.

" Day to day you will be responsible for supporting the developments of all customer training courses and material, ensuring they are high quality and accurate, and delivered both internally and externally
" Consistently approach the development of training material and methods across all centres in UK and Ireland where travel is required
" Attend and organise trainer development days
" Develop training material for all new product courses and implement these in the highest standards
" Working within a team to continually review and implement any changes to course content, materials and methods.
