Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to work for an extremely reputable, well established, progressive and continually growing local business.

You will be joining an established team of 5 who are responsible for dealing with the day to day enquiries from customers via live web chat. You be be answering technical questions and queries throughout the day online so you must have clear, accurate written communication and be confident answering technical queries. You will receive full on the job training.

A high level of customer service skills is essential, you will have worked within a customer service/upselling/ technical customer service/ web chat/ call centre environment or similar previously.

Your salary will be £20,400 and you will receive a product upselling bonus which enables you to earn on average an additional £2,400 per year minimum. Your hours will be 8.30am-5pm/ 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.

You must be a driver due to the rural location of the office.
