Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of an exciting financial support company based in the Enderby area of Leicester for a tech support assistant.
My client is an expanding organisation that work closely with FCA offering sound financial advice and a compliance review service to their customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen within their Tech support team for an experienced help desk advisor to join their growing team, with the potential for growth and promotions within the business.
The main purpose of this role is to offer support to customers with issues raised regarding the use of their network system. Other responsibilities will include;
" Maintain positive relationships with customers and 3rd parties
" Help to resolve member issues which are raised via telephone or email
" Delivering training webinars to small groups
" Identity repeat issues and feedback to developers to seek resolutions
" Working closely with other areas of the business
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an IT support role, preferably in a help desk position, anyone that has some experience doing this type of work within the finance industry will be preferable. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, enjoy speaking to customer on a daily basis and enjoy solving problems.
The salary on offer for this role is between £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
The working hours are 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
