TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Working hours - Monday - Friday (Flexible start times 40 hour week),

Location - Warmley, Bristol

Salary - £20,000 - £25,000

Coveya Ltd are currently recruiting to increase their proactive sales team with additional enthusiastic Telesales Executives.

This role will focus on outbound calls to customers present, lapsed and new, to form relationships and gather information about their current and future projects. As part of these calls you will be expected to develop new leads and uncover opportunities to expand the market presence of Coveya.

Duties

Re-invigorate and develop potential customers from our existing database and incoming marketing leads

Identify current and future projects where Coveya can offer a solution

Work with the wider sales team to optimise sales conversion rates

Up-date CRM with customer and project details

The Person

Customer focused individual, a team player, passionate in smashing your goals

A level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Previous experience of working in a telesales/ marketing position

Reasonably outgoing and able to build relationships quickly

Comfortable making outbound calls

Very good English

High level of persistence and an excellent telephone manner

Willing to learn and develop, adaptable and a self-starter

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
