Do you have experience as a civils or construction focused manager? Do you have experience or interest in working for a leading telecoms company?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Knowsley/Prescot area, your main duty will be to provide the engineers and back office personnel with leadership, support, direction, feedback and accountability for their role relating to civils works.

A competitive basic salary between £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.

Flexible holiday allowance (including bank holidays).

Working hours ranging between 0800-1700.

Day to day duties in this role include:

Your main duties and responsibilities in this role include:

Ensuring engineers are working efficiently, safely and the receiving of high quality results.

Ensuring that all activities relating to excavation and reinstatement in public and private land are of the required standard.

Maintaining client relationships and ensuring higher escalated queries or enquiries are prioritised.

Ensuring the necessary equipment, fleet, plant and tools are in place to enable effective job

Assisting with technical support between the back office and the field resource when required

In order to be considered for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

To have an understanding of budget constraints and client defined targets and cost benefits.

To be fundamental in acting on the working culture, its reputation and values.

Have knowledge of the Broadband Delivery UK industry.
