My client is a network and security solutions provider, focused on addressing the IT demands of the UK`s leading businesses. They have developed strategic relationships with global vendors, as well as prominent relationships with emerging vendors, to provide the optimum solution to customer requirements.
You need to be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal person for this role will be patient and goal driven. The aim is to promote business growth by expanding the company`s client base.
The job will involve prospecting business leads to promote solutions & services, taking calls from clients, detailing the features, benefits and prices of the product. Asking questions to understand the customer requirements. Correctly record information. You should have excellent communication skills and willing to go the `extra mile` to secure future sales.
You must have previous experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service experience, with a proven successful track record in this area. You need to have relevant experience of using CRM software and telephone systems, excellent communication and presentation skills with an A-level or equivalent qualification.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £18,000 a year, plus commission
