If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office in the Chester area, you will have the confidence to contact customers from the company`s existing database and ensure there is a qualification and then a conversion to them becoming an active customer.

Your day to day duties in this role include:
Using both regional and national media to identify new additional prospects.
Gathering further information about the prospect before a conversion takes place.
Managing the new relationship to the point of transfer and then liaising with the relevant department to it`s active team.
Nurturing that specific prospect to the point of making them an active customer.
Contacting customers via their national sales database before then qualifying and updating them in the CRM system.
Liaising with specific customers by telephone in a confident and professional manner.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 2 years of customer service or telemarketing experience.
Experienced within an account management and customer service role.
Have a good knowledge of developing relationships and good people skills.
It would also be desirable to have worked or have an interest in the automotive industry although this isn`t essential.
