Job Description
I am recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive with a proven track record for my client based in Shirley in the West Midlands.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a career in telemarketing sales and demonstrates resilience and drive to achieve monthly targets and KPI`s consistently.
To succeed in this role you will:
experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self motivated
- Work well within a team and as an individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
This will be a varied role, in which the outbound calls will cover a range of contracts and campaigns. Roles will include event promotion, conducting surveys, appointment making, database building and market research.
You will need the following skills/experience/attitude:
Sales experience - (either telesales or face to face.
Good questioning skills - excellent communication skills
Tenacious
Ambitious and career driven
Target driven
Monday - Thursday 9-5
Friday 8 - 2.45
Part time hours and school hours are also available
