Job Description

Due to a recent company merge, my client is looking for two training advisor's who are available to start immediately and are looking for a company who are able to invest in their future.

The company are based in a lovely fresh clean new office and they specialise in compliance and legal training. Providing support to the customer offering a professional and knowledgeable service, which will save the client/s time, revenue, and resources.

Your main duty as Training Advisor will be directly approaching qualified and prospective businesses, who are familiar with the company and who have attended courses / training through the business last year and re-selling the benefits and services whilst successfully scheduling / booking appointments and expanding the sales function.

You will use your strong clear communication skills and warm personality to build trust and rapport, whilst listening to buying skills to cross sell any additional products, you will have ideally worked in a sales / account management role before and be confident on the telephone.

We also require an excellent level of spoken and written English communication
Full training is provided for the successful candidates

Full time position to start ASAP based in Enderby, Leicester, Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30, pay rate is £9.46 p/h and the positions will turn in to permanent opportunities for the right candidate, free parking is also available on site.
