Telephone Business Development Consultant based in Woking required ASAP

My Client is a well known large legal company who requires a Telephone Business Development Consultant who has B2B experience.

Position: Telephone Business Development Consultant

Salary: £20,000 per annum plus commission

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm

Location: Woking

We are looking for a confident and adaptable appointment setter to support the continued sales growth of the business. They will be given full training and a targeted database to contact in order to generate quality sales appointments for a small field based team, and a growing feed of interested inbound leads created through the latest marketing automation techniques. This is a key and integrated part of the overall sales team with opportunities to feed into the shape of future sales ideas and seek career progression through to the field sales team in the future, as roles emerge.

They will need to be proactive at contacting their target audience and generating quality sales appointments for a small field based team.

  • Securing Face to face or telephone-based sales appointments.
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality proactive outbound calls to prospective business customers
  • Contribute actively & positively to the development of the sales team and wider company
  • Update and maintain an on-line CRM system of your own personal records
  • Respond and follow up inbound interested sales enquiries passed to you

Key knowledge & experience:

  • Successful B2B telephone based sales experience, using a consultative sales style, of a service or product to B2B channels
  • Regular and competent Use of CRM or telemarketing database system
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge
  • Adaptable and Flexible approach to prospects and a strong team player
  • Reliable - excellent telephone communication skills
  • Outgoing, open minded and work well within a dynamic and changing environment

Remuneration:

  • Minimum Basic salary £20,000 p.a. plus £20 per appointment made per week and 2.5% commission on any new subscription sales contracts arising from appointments booked by the TBDC . Realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum but potential earnings are uncapped
