Brook Street are excited to be working with a hugely successful enforcement company to recruit a Telephone Collection Negotiator in the heart of Northampton. This job will be challenging, and face paced but highly rewarding!

Working in a newly refurbished office based in the town centre this complex role could see you earning 30k + on commission

Your duties will include:
- Collecting outstanding debt
- Dealing with high volume calls
- Dealing with Council Tax and Road Traffic debts.
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Taking payments


The successful candidate will:
- Be able to multi-task
- Be resilient when faced with challenging situations
- Have excellent negotiation skills
- Be able to overcome objections


The working hours is a 2 week rolling shift pattern.
Week 1: 8am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Week 2: 3:10pm - 9pm Monday - Friday
This will also include 1 Saturday and Sunday per month.


Basic Salary £16,320 + commission OTE 24K
Upon completion of probation period basic salary rises to 18K + commission OTE 35k +
