Telephone Collections Negotiator

Leamington Spa

£15,500 - £19,000 + MONTHLY BONUS

In this role you will be providing a first class collection service, maximising recovery on overdue balances for various clients including banks. financial institutions, corporations, retailers and SME's.

Due to the nature of the role ideally you will have experience within collections, telesales or customer services but this is not essential as full training will be given.

You MUST be a CONFIDENT and ASSERTIVE communicator on the telephone and be able to successfully negotiate payment plans. You will should have excellent IT skills and be a confident picking up the in-house debt management system.

You will be working on a rota system, working shifts to provide cover between 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri).

You will need to complete a credit and DBS check at interview stage.
