The next training intakes are 20th November and 27th November therefore if you are available for an immediate interview you could be one of their new starters.
As a Customer Service Advisor in Swansea you will:
- Answer incoming calls from new customers looking to go through quotes for insurance then take them through the process to set up a policy via the telephone
- Ensure all information is being recorded accurately
- Speak with customers about their plans and advise best options
- Build rapport with customers to ensure they fully understand the product they're buying
No specific experience is required. However, a great telephone manner and upbeat personality are essential, no contact centre experience is necessary as some of their best staff have never worked in this environment before!
- Customer Service experience would be advantageous (Retail, hospitality, call centre or face to face sales)
- Working 37.5 per week on a rolling shift patterns across the opening hours of 8am - 8pm, working one Saturday per month and one Sunday a month with a day off in the week
Full training will be given for the first six weeks - if you have any holidays booked during this time we won't be able to consider you for this intake. However, the odd day during the first six weeks won't be a problem, we just need to be aware of them.
