Job Description

We are offering you the opportunity to work for a dynamic and forward thinking organisation as a Customer Service Advisor within a busy operations team to assist in making Villa holiday bookings in the USA!

With experience in excess of 30 years my client prides themselves on offering the best service to independent travel agents who need their product expertise to tailor high quality travel arrangements for their customers in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.


Confirming flights, managing Villa bookings and offering excellent customer service you will offer a professional telephone service to both travel agents and direct clients.

Preferred applicants will have previous industry experience, a keen interest and knowledge of Florida and the USA, and will be used to working as a team to compliment the following essential requirements:


*Previous telephone experience
*Polite, composed, professional and enthusiastic.
*Word and Excel experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm
Saturday 9-5pm with a weekday in Lieu
Salary and benefits:
£19,000 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
Excellent training,Medical Care, Pension, Lunch, Discounts and overseas inspection trips
