Job Description

Job title: Telephone Negotiator
Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday & 08:30-17:00 Friday - Saturday 9am - 1pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Location: Cheltenham

My client is a specialist in dealing with compliant but focused collection strategies and due to continued success and growth they are seeking a Telephone Negotiator to join their vibrant team located in Cheltenham. The company has a great reputation for development and progression of their staff.

This opportunity would suit individuals with previous customer service, retail and sales skills, looking to step into a commercial office environment.

Telephone Negotiator responsibilities:

" Collect on behalf of clients over the phone while delivering exceptional service
" Meet weekly and monthly collection targets
" Act accordingly within current frameworks of UK compliance legislation
" Make outbound calls and take any inbound calls that come through

Telephone Negotiator desired Skills and Experience:

" Excellent customer service skills
" Ability to retain information quickly with a pro active approach to work
" Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
" Reliability and confidence
" Commitment to the role and a positive attitude

This Telephone Negotiator vacancy offers a basic salary of 17K plus uncapped commission and additional company benefits.
