Telephone Researcher / Call Handler
Enderby, Leicestershire
Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 9pm

Working as part of the Leicestershire Police team, you'll be guiding victims of crime through an online survey, and gathering information about the service they received. You'll use your excellent communication skills and exercise patience and empathy over the phone.


You'll receive full training for this role, and enjoy the support and lively environment of a great team.


Leicestershire Police are flexible with your chosen working days, and are looking for candidates who are a good fit for their core values. If you think you'd be a great addition to their team, then they can accommodate working patterns of, two, three, or four days per week as long as you can work between 6-9pm. For this role you are required to have an excellent telephone manner that comes across in a natural and empathetic way. You must also have strong excel skills and be comfortable using computers and relevant software.


This would be a great opportunity if you're studying law or criminology related subjects, and will provide you with some excellent experience on your CV.



You will be required to provide five years worth of references and pass a police vetting check before you start this role.
