Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Telephonist for our public sector client based in Ballymena, Co. Antrim.

The Telephonist will be charged with answering incoming calls, dealing with queries from members of the public, transferring calls to the relevant people, taking messages, utilising the databases, completing basic administration, and using MS Office, particularly MS Outlook.

The hours of work are 0830-1700 from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) and the rate of pay is £9.43 per hour.
