Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Telephony Agents to work with one of our largest Public Sector clients. If you have excellent Customer Service skills, experience within a Customer Service environment or are just looking for a career change, then please keep reading!

The role is a temporary however ongoing

Based in Leicester city centre

Pay rate £9.78 per hour

Monday-Friday

37 hours per week (Between 08:30 and 17:30 )


Using your customer services experience and knowledge you will be answering inbound calls from customers, advising them accordingly and booking them appointments for mediations services.

Full training is provided so if you have great communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have good computer skills then we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn and well spoken. You must have good telephone manner and be an effective communicator.
You will also be required to cover office duties as required.

In order to apply for the position you must have recent experience in telephony work and good IT skills.
