Job Description

Our public sector client has a vacancy for a Telephony Officer to join their team based in Belfast City Centre.

Our client has confirmed that the role is full time, Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours and temporary ongoing with a view of becoming permanent and progression

You will be joining the Finance team, and will answer queries and seek out more detailed information for Senior staff members. You do not need any knowledge of Finance for this role.

You are a good fit for this role, if you have at least 1 years experience working in a telephone based role and are focused on the delivery of providing excellent customer service

You do need 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C and previous telephone experience to be shortlisted for this role

You will receive an hourly rate of £9.43 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
