Our client based in Ballymena urgently require a Telephony Officer
The role is full time, working hours are 0830 to 1700 hours Monday to Friday and temporary ongoing
You will be responsible for answering calls in a polite and professional manner to assist customers with their enquiries. The role will entail admin experience
We are seeking CV;s from applicants who have previous telephony experience and can deal with high volume of calls and work under pressure
The successful must have 5 GCSE's grade C and above as part of the shortlisting process and be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.18 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis
