Telesales Account Manager
Watford
22k with an OTE of 26-30K depending on performance

9am - 5pm Mon -early and late shift patterns will be introduced after 3 months.

I am working with my well-established national but local client to help recruit for a passionate Telesales Account Manager. Nationally they supply more than 4,000 skilled chefs from customers such as Compass and Hilton; to events spanning across football stadiums, film sets and Wimbledon.
You will be building customer rapport and provide a world class customer service experience. You will ensure that the day-to-day call sets are adhered to and calls in line to KPIs, ensuring that calls are covered in a timely manner. Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers.

Tasks to include:
" Identifying customer needs, ensuring that our customers are given every opportunity to buy from our comprehensive product range
" Capturing necessary and accurate information
" Up-selling and cross-selling
" Managing customer expectations effectively and raising escalations when required
" Contributing toward team KPI`s, achieved by working with a one team mindset to deliver service excellence to our customers

What we need from you:
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
" Computer literate to intermediate level
" Passion for sales customer service
" English and maths GCSE or equivalent
