Fantastic permanent position for a local company based in Watford who are expanding and looking to add another 2 Account Managers to their team Mon-Fri and no weekends!

My client has been at the forefront of the food industry for 30 years and are expanding. You do not need a background in the food industry but, you do need a passion for providing first class customer service. They are a small team and a lovely company to work for with a fantastic reputation!

Your role will include the following.

• All warm calls to existing customers
• Ensuring your KPI`s are met
• Objection handling

Ideally you will have either experience with inbound/outbound calls or a customer service background but not essential.

Basic is £22000 with an OTE of £30000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
