A superb opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Account Manager to join a modern and dynamic company who are well established market leaders in their industry.
This is an exciting role for someone who is highly motivated, has proven experience working in Internal Sales or Customer Service liaising with customers and processing orders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not adhere to the following
To build strong business relationships
To develop new sales
To maximise and up-sell in order to achieve sales targets
To deal with customer enquiries to meet customer expectations
To deal with general administration duties
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills whilst being proactive with the ability to communicate well at all levels. You must be able to effectively prioritise your workload by using your own initiative to work in a fast paced environment and have proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be a team player and have competent IT skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
You must be educated to A level or Degree level standard
Salary is £16,500 per annum with an OTE £20,000 PA plus a monthly bonus
Hours of work - 08.45am to 17:00pm - Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays.
Lunch - 45 minutes
Holiday entitlement is 21 days holiday which increases in length of service plus bank holidays
