Job Description
Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting a Telephone Sales Account Managers for our Belfast client.

The role will involve working of hot leads and dealing with enquiries from new clients and managing existing accounts. A very consultative role where you would be responsible for dealing with the customer from the first point of contact to closing the sale.
Responsibilities
* Build, develop and manage clients through an internal CRM system.
* Gather and record all client details, follow up on warm leads
* Learn and develop knowledge of the products available.
* Be confident and clear in dealing clients and give advice on solutions suited to their needs.
* Be driven within your role and strive to meet set targets
The ideal candidate for this job will come from a previous telephone sales background and be hungry to achieve targets and get bonuses.
Criteria
* Strong communications skills essential, on the phone and on email
* Be enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets set
* Ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative.
* Be motivated and have good organisation skills. Follow up on sales etc
* Two year`s experience in a similar role, preferably B2B sales
* Have the ability to use Microsoft outlook, Word, and in-house CRM systems
Salary will start om £20,000 per year + Bonuses
