**TELESALES ADVISOR NEEDED**

I am currently recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to join a to join a successful, friendly, supportive and passionate events team.

Do you want to work for a dynamic, respected and growing telesales team with a rewarding commission structure?

You will be responsible for creating leads through proactive inbound and outbound calls, following up on all activity to ensure targets are met. You will work hard to ensure that all sales leads are followed up using networking sites to source essential contacts, information and leads.

You will also have experience of the administration side of things, being able to keep up to date accurate records of leads and companies contacted for further use.

DO YOU HAVE?
*Strong sales experience?
*Experience in cold calling and outward reaching for new business?
*Experience in lead generation and conversion?
*Excellent negotiation skills?
*A target driven attitude, with the view to hit and exceed set targets?

ARE YOU?
*Self-motivated, robust and resilient?
*An experienced sales person with a can do attitude?
*Energetic and enthusiastic?

YOU MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 years' experience in an outbound sales role.

Along with a competitive starting salary of £18,000, the company offers a fantastic commission structure, dream office hours Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and an excellent opportunity to make your mark within the events sector.
