The clients sales and customer care team communicates with their customers through a variety of channels. Their customer base is varied with different needs and levels of support.
Applicants for this role should be a strong communicator with a passion for knowledge building.
Fast paced, accurate and multi-tasking is a daily norm in our office environment.

Responding to emails and live chats on the Salesforce platform
Upselling, promoting new products and adding value to every interaction with customers
Resolving customer issues, contacting couriers and quick decision making
Communicating effectively with team, peers, and all colleagues
Maintaining extensive product knowledge
Attending exhibition shows
Contributing to a collaborative effort in an environment of innovation and customer experience
3 GCSEs, Grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
Excellent telephone manner
Demonstrate a high level of customer care
Communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Flexible in your working approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office Experience is essential
Salesforce and Microsoft Teams experience
A second language (German or French preferred)
