Sales Development Representative - Telesales | Belfast City Centre

💰 £25,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K+)
🕘 Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm | Fri 9am-4pm | Office-Based
📍 Belfast City Centre | Permanent, Full-Time Role

Looking for a sales role with no late nights or weekends and unlimited earning potential?

We're working on behalf of our Belfast client who are currently hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative ( Telesales Agent ) to join a growing sales team in the heart of Belfast!

You'll generate leads, book appointments, and play a key part in driving business growth - all while earning uncapped commission and working in a fun, fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads

• Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team

• Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline growth)

• Build rapport with prospects and identify their business needs

• Update CRM system with accurate lead info and follow-up tasks

• Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities

Criteria

• Previous telesales/sales experience (Telecoms background is a bonus)

• Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner

• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls

• CRM and IT proficient

• Driven, competitive, and target-focused

• Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation
