£30k- £35K - with an OTE 40k
JOB TITLE: Telesales and Customer Service Team Leader
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
BENEFITS: OTE £40K Basic salary depending on experience, 25 days holiday, NEST pension, bonus structure, cash health plan.
My client is looking for a Telesales and Customer Service Team Leader to support the Company Sales Strategy providing proactive and effective leadership maintaining clear communication to our Contractors, Telesales & Customer Service teams. Ensuring that the team are meeting the business performance indicators outlined. Maintaining a one team approach across departments within and ensuring we maintain the highest standard of service excellence for our customers
The day to day duties includes but not limited to:
" Ensure that the day to day Telesales and Customer Service operation runs smoothly, ensuring that calls and activities are covered in a timely manner.
" Support the team to achieve the Telesales and Customer Service KPIs.
" Responsible for the performance and development of the team utilising all the key reporting tools available.
" Be at hand for the team both answering enquires and providing support.
" Motivate and educate the team to achieve promotion and sales targets
" Manage the resource to ensure effective support to the highest level.
" Plan and manage a busy workload to matrix manage the team and maintain a high presence within the work space.
" Conduct performance reviews, support recruitment, manage holidays & absences, provide regular coaching, feedback, training, 1 to 1 s for the team.
" Cover any function in your team. Deputise for the Head of Sales in their absence.
" Responsible for the setting up of new contractors, pricing and review processes alongside Field Sales Managers
" Ensure the team resolve customer complaints and requests, liaising with sites and demonstrating creativity in finding solutions.

" A wealth of experience in a Telesales/Customer service / FMCG/B2B/B2C environment
" Previous line management experience
" Ability to build and performance manage a team, including HR processes
" Excellent knowledge of Excel
" An Adaptable, Approachable and Customer focused attitude
