Working at the client's head office in the Blackpool area, you will be expected to qualify prospects by establishing energy spend levels and decision makers alongside to arrange sales meetings with the sole purpose of building the Trident brand and passing through to higher sales teams and consultants.

A competitive basic salary that ranges between £20,000-£25,000 - this is solely based on your experience.
Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Fri.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Identifying customer needs and recognising the right opportunities to both upsell and cross sell alongside promoting additional products.
Ensuring appointments are made of the highest quality and meets standards required.
Consistently achieving all KPI's target - across a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Recording the correct and important information via cold calling, website and company research.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
A background in either customer service or sales within a telephone basis - this would also be when making outbound calls is essential.
Comfortable building up relationships and cold calling new, lapsed and existing customers.
Background in hitting and working towards KPI targets.
Based on the company's industry, it would also be desirable to have a background in energy sales or customer service although this isn't essential.
