This opportunity is for someone looking to work as a telesales executive where you will be on the frontline, assisting our members. Each call is unique and requires you to use your initiative, apply discretion and work within our mutual ethos. Working on the telephone you will have the potential and passion to deliver in a dynamic and changing work environment. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great member experience. You will be actively acquiring new members and retaining existing members through both inbound and outbound calling. You will follow up leads of potential new members and contact existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to promote the benefits of retaining their membership.

A full induction program and on-going training will be provided. There is a requirement to attend 2 weeks full time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 1st April 2019. You must be available for the whole training period.

In return you will recieve a salary in the region of 19,500, free membership, free onsite parking, up to 35 days holiday including bank holiday and no current weekend working, pension with up to 10% employer contributions, excellent training and development, bike to work scheme, employee engagement events, supporting local charities, Mental Health First Aiders, free onsite gym.
