Telesales Executive

£17,500 Salary

Do you have a keen interest in Technology? Do you want to further your career in Telesales?

If so my prestigious, growing client in the IT Sector is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their highly successful team.

Who will you be working for?

Our client has sustainable growth plans and is ready to recruit a new telesales executive to join the growing team. Our client has doubled in size the last two years and with further investment they are ready to go again.

Their highly skilled and knowledgeable staff are developed and retained through solid career paths and as they continue to grow, their values ensure that their people remain at the heart of the business.

What will you be responsible for?

This is a busy role assisting the sales team in delivering an outstanding service to new and existing clients.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calls to generate new sales leads.
  • Upload all new data on to companies CRM System
  • Develop relationships with clients, ensuring information is accurately communicated and recorded.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and handle queries, objections and complaints.

What is our client looking for in you?

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. Plus..

  • Minimum 1 year experience in outbound B2B telephone sales
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI's
  • You will need to have strong communication skills in both verbal & written form.
  • You should also have a high degree of competency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle rejection
