I am recruiting for Telesales Executives for a client based in Perry Barr in Birmingham. This an opportunity to join a local Motor store who specialise in the retail of car and motorcycle tyres. They are offering a basic salary of £19,200.
This is a customer focused role and will involve making about calls to both current and potentially new customers, promoting the range of services and products that the company offers.
You will also be taking inbound calls from customers placing orders and will guide them through the purchasing process efficiently and effectively.
TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Working in the sales team, the role will require candidates to; -
Pro-actively develop and manage an assigned Customer base
Receive, Process and Up-Sell Customer orders via Inbound Calls
Use Sales Promotions and Customer Relationships to enhance Business via Outbound Calls
Build Customer Relationships
To achieve Personal Sales Objectives as well as Department Profit and Product Objectives
Gather market relevant information on an ongoing basis
8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday.
8.30 - 12.30 Saturday (On a rota basis and paid as O/T)
2 years of experience in telesales and customer relations development
Punctuality and reliability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
A "can do" and positive attitude
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
