Tele-Sales Executive

Based in Watford
Are you extremely customer and sales focused and have a can-do attitude? Would you like to work in a company that supports you with fantastic training? My Client are looking for Tele-Sales Executive to handle in and out bond calls for their busy office based in Watford

Job Purpose:
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for our broadband services.
Duties:
o To handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers with the purpose of having them agree to switch to Direct save Telecom.
o To make outbound sales calls to potential customers who have enquired about our services with the purpose of having them agree to switch to Direct save Telecom.
o To make outbound sales calls to potential customers who have opted in to receive a call regarding their broadband services.
o To make Welcome Calls to customers who have recently signed up for our services.
o To make Renewal Calls to customers who are out of contract.
o To make Outbound Call to process their order or payment and deal with same in a timely and efficient manner.
o Order processing using our various online portals. Manually enter data in to CRM system and supplier portals.

Skills/Qualifications:
o o Excellent telephone manner, reporting and communication skills with general knowledge of Web browsers, Word and Excel.
