Hours: 37.5 per week Monday- Friday
My client is highly successful property surveyor who is committed to offering professional advice and guidance on commercial properties and due to phenomenal success and continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join their team. The company has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Telesales Executive responsibilities:
" Making outbound warm and cold calls and business generation
" Calling businesses to discuss the business rates they are paying on their property
" Arranging appointments for the field sales staff to meet with new and existing clients
" Hitting and exceeding targets, working to tight deadlines and relationship building
" Negotiating, closing and up-selling
Telesales Executive desired skills and experience:
" Previous sales experience essential
" Must be driven and comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
" Tenacious, driven and motivated by results and money
" Must have excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills
The Telesales Executive position offers a competitive basic salary up to 22K, pending experience including an impressive OTE bonus structure and additional company benefits.
