Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To generate leads and quality appointments for the Associate Directors
• Advise on the product and service benefits to potential clients
• To ensure that your own targets and key performance indicators are being met on a daily basis
• To gather and document information about the customer

General:

• To promote and comply with the Groups policies on equal opportunities and in line with the Equality Act 2010.
• To be responsible for improving your performance by participating in the Performance Appraisal process with your manager.
• To carry out such other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities or as necessitated by the needs of the business.
