Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + performance based bonus

You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 who are responsible for liaising with existing customers, upselling products, account managing and completing orders for the customers along with recognising new sales opportunities.
Your duties will include:
Developing a sales strategy to achieve goals and revenue
Setting individual targets
Delegating responsibility for customer accounts to relevant account managers
Monitor achievements and any training areas needed
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Help prepare budgets and much more
You will have experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategies, proven experience in customer relationship management and experience in managing and directing a sales/customer service/account management team.
