Job Title: Telesales Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience plus commission, OTE £40,000 -£45,000 per annum
Location: Ashton-On-Ribble, Preston, Lancashire
Brook Street is currently recruiting on behalf of their client based in Preston for a telesales manager to work in a friendly, rewarding environment. My Client is a market leader in business sale transactions for small to medium size enterprises. The group includes some of the most well respected and leading business brokers in the marketplace.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
" The primary objective is to manage a team of 10 Telesales Executives, whose role is to generate interest in a face to face appointment with one of our Associate Directors;
" Responsible for training, coaching and the development of new and existing team members to ensure they are able to develop relationships;
" Deliver team KPI's in line with targets and business plan;
" Monitoring outbound B2B telephone calls to potential customers to ensure new business opportunities are maximised;
" Act as a role model in relation to new sales techniques and strategies;
" Continually seek to improve working practices and processes;
" Maintaining an atmosphere of positivity, high levels of motivation and energy amongst the telesales team
" Recruiting, growing and retaining great telesales people;
" Liaising with marketing to utilise internet and social media to generate leads;
" Collecting and analysing sales and performance data and delivering improvement;
" Actively drive career progression and self-growth

" A demonstrable and successful experience of leading a telesales team;
" Proven track record of working with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
