My Hersham based client is one of the UK's leading sustainability consultancies employing over 40 staff and were recently voted as the 70th fastest growing private company in the UK. Advice there clients on how they can become more sustainable as well as talking over the day to day management of several areas such as the procurement of waste and energy.

My client is looking to accelerate there growth and have a team of tele appointment setters to supplement their appointments. There is no "on the phone selling" but rather identifying whether sustainability is on the strategic agenda and whether they'd like to talk to one of our consultants. As well as managing a team of 3 appointment setters you will also be setting your own appointments.

You will be office based in Hersham Surrey starting 1st June, the ideal candidate will be confident, have an Excellent phone manner, Persuasive but without being pushy, someone who can motivate and drive a team and has previous team leader / management experience and have been in telesales for a number of years.
