Our client based close to Cardiff centre a company that specialist within the food industry is looking for a Telesales Manager to head up a team of 8 Telesales staff.

You will need to have a proven background of motivating sales teams and have the skill of client business development and taking the lead in outbound sales calling. An upbeat Manager to drive and mould the team immediately as this post is available now.

This is a hands on telesales role, you will need to have the passion and drive to grow the business and show your team how it is done. You will be outbound calling the food/take away and restaurant industry speaking to people from all walks of life and on occasions meeting them face to face. If you have the skill of speaking Urdu or Mandarin this would be an advantage.

There are bonuses on top of the basic salary
