Do you have a background in sales? Are you looking for your first step in working in an ecological industry?

I am recruiting for Sales Advisors for a rapidly growing Ecological company based in Redditch. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced office operating in all areas of ecological products who are expanding and looking for new members to join their team

THE ROLE
This is a sales focused role and will involve liaising with customers, handling their requirements effectively and proficiently and answering any questions or queries they may have as well as all general administrative duties. You will be required to make outbound sales calls to maximise sales opportunities and to follow all sales leads.
Working within our sales office, you will also be the first point of contact for customers making enquiries into the company products. You will strive to build great relationships with both new and current customers, fulfilling their needs and requirements.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Working in the Sales Advisors team, the role will require candidates to; -
Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
Follow up all leads in the capture of new and extended business
Generate new business leads for the branch to follow
Receive inbound calls from customers making enquiries about products
Record all relevant details in concise and accurate manner
Complete all follow up action as required to close outstanding cases
Complete all relevant administration and documentation

HOURS

Monday to Fridays - 8.00am - 5.30pm
