The overall aim of the position is to ensure that there is a continuous sales pipeline of new opportunities being sourced and secured to reach individual, team and company KPI`s.
The company offers an excellent onboarding process, they have a very close-knit sales team that will provide extensive training to support and develop you in order to achieve your full potential.
Responsibilities will include
Managing a high volume of outbound sales calls being pro-active in generating leads
Securing sales appointments and meetings for the wider sales team
Following up on all sales activity working closely with the Sales Team
Keeping an accurate record of all calls and updating the CRM database
Ensuring all relevant call grading is completed and validated accurately
Working with other departments across different sales and marketing campaigns
A minimum of 1 years` experience in an outbound sales role - Telesales, Business Development, Telemarketing etc
Experience in lead generation and conversion
Excellent negotiation skills
A target driven attitude, with the view to hit and exceed set targets
Be self-motivated, robust and resilient
Have a can-do attitude
Be energetic and enthusiastic
Along with a competitive base salary ranging from £21,000 - £23,000 the company offers a fantastic commission structure with the potential to earn an extra £1000 - £1500 per month along with other fantastic benefits!
Working hours are Monday- Thursday 8:30 - 5pm and 9am - 5pm on a Friday with excellent opportunity to progress within the company.
