Working at the client's head office in the Liverpool city centre (although there will be a period of working from home due to current guidelines), you will be expected to keep a weekly focus within the sales team to ensure figures are kept high and KPI's are hit regularly.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Ensure all members of the sales team are hitting telesales targets and KPI's expected of them.
Continuously confident of increasing the sales team - basing this on KPI's and any outstanding salespeople that are on the current job market.
Honesty with sales teams members at all time - whether that's offering motivation, coaching or key business needs.
Supporting other Team Leaders at other sites for advice or guidance and to pass across any tips or successes.
Working within the standards of telesales.

A team leader or supervisor role - this doesn't have to be within an office environment (can be a retail or other sales / customer service type background).
Confident making sales - although this is a telesales role, you MUST be able to communicate and build your own sales pipeline.
Outgoing, honesty, bubbly and confident characteristics.
