Are you a self motivated sales person with the drive to succeed in a fast paced Telesales executive role in the Hortonwood area?

Are you confident, highly motivated, a strong communicator who is outgoing with a target driven work ethic, and hungry to succeed?

My client are a very well established Telecommunication company who offer an excellent training package, good basic wage and a fabulous commission structure.

You MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 years sales experience.
You MUST BE self motivated with experience of working to KPIs and maximising every opportunity to create new business and arrange appointments for the field sales team.

You will be expected to make 150+ calls per day working off a headset in a modern, bright friendly office environment.

You must understand the sales process and have the confidence to challenge business to offer the best telecommunication solutions for the businesses needs - Full product training will be provided.

Salary £17K+ PA depending on experience + an excellent commission structure
