We are looking to increase our temporary work force for a large public sector client based in Folkestone. These exciting long term temporary opportunities are a variety of administration, data entry, report writing and preparing paperwork.
We have 2 positions based in transport which will require a full manual licence, these roles are dealing with company fleet, including delivery of vehicles in a 20 mile radius and office admin relating to all aspects of the vehicle including mileage logs, accident reports etc
3 positions are based in the Estates department dealing with all facilities management of various sites, including booking accommodation in the UK and abroad, updating daily / weekly report and general admin.
1 role is based in Finance. This role is an analytical role dealing with the daily data entry within the finance team. Attention to detail and experience of Excel would be advantageous.
In addition to theses we are also recruiting for general administrators.
Each role id 37 hrs per week Monday to Friday paid weekly at £8.36 per hr rising to £10.73 per hr after 12 weeks.
Each position is for approx 6 months - 9 months and will be subject to home office clearance which will require proof of UK residency and proof of address.
